EU261 · No win, no fee
The agent that fights for you, in your language.
Photograph a boarding pass or forward the booking. Claimly checks the delay, writes a formal claim in the airline’s language, and files it — only after you approve.
English, Deutsch, and Magyar in the product. The letter goes out in the airline’s language.

01
Send the pass
A photo, a PDF, a forwarded booking email, or just the flight number and date.
02
We read the record
Distance, arrival delay, cancellation notice, extraordinary circumstances, and the country’s deadline.
03
You sign
A formal letter, your typed name, and a clear fee. The draft is not sent until you say so.
04
We file and follow up
Email where the airline accepts it. A queued browser job where they only offer a form. Reminders on day 14 and day 28, then the national enforcement body.
Article 7
The amount is a rule, not a guess.
Great-circle distance decides the band. Intra-EU flights stay at €400 even when they are very long. Long-haul arrivals between 3 and 4 hours late are halved.
€250
Up to 1,500 km
Budapest–Berlin, Dublin–London, Rome–Milan.
€400
1,500–3,500 km, and any longer flight inside the EU
Frankfurt–Athens, Budapest–Lisbon, Paris–Lisbon.
€600
Over 3,500 km, outside the EU
Frankfurt–New York. €300 if you landed less than 4 hours late.
We will tell you when the answer is no.
- Under three hours late: no compensation. Care and assistance may still be due.
- Told about a cancellation early enough, with a decent reroute: no compensation.
- Weather, air-traffic control, security: the airline can refuse, and we will not dress that up.
- A technical fault is not an extraordinary circumstance. We cite the case.
- Poland and Belgium give you about a year. Germany runs to 31 December of the third year. Czechia and Latvia expect notice within six months.
Pricing
No win, no fee.
The contingency fee is 25% of compensation actually paid. It is configurable before you go live. There is no subscription and no fee for a claim the airline refuses.
Mock payments record the fee and do not charge a card. Stripe is wired, and it stays off until you add keys.
A claim channel for the airlines people actually fly.

Before you send a pass
Is a person going to file this?
No. The only human step is yours: you read the letter and approve it. Follow-ups are scheduled automatically.
What if the photo is messy?
Type the flight number and the date. In mock mode, photos are not read by a vision model — SVG, PDF, email text and the sample pass are.
Do you take the claim as your own?
You authorise Claimly, operated by W System, to submit and follow up. An assignment is included only so far as it is valid in the country that hears the claim. Where it is not, this is a mandate, not a transfer.
Will you say you are human?
No. The letter says it was drafted by an automated system and approved by you. That disclosure stays on every filing.
